Yes you should worry about this semesters grades. It depends on your school system honestly. And you shouldn’t have to worry if you know you have all your credits for your classes. You should speak with your guidance counselor
I always do because the next semester could be harder. Try not to worry too much but don't think that since you passed last semester, which is most likely way different than the next one, that you don't need to pay attention and that you don't need to try your best.
