his phone, showers, and starts his homework—it’s 10 p.m. Micah is in bed by midnight but has to wake up at 6:15 a.m. to start his day. What can he do different to get his adequate amount of sleep? *
Well first he can start off by cutting out screen time cause now days teens are always on it. and it says he gets all that stuff done by 10 pm. instead of going to bed two hours later he could go to bed straight after he is done with that stuff.
