'Malaise', often also described as fatigue, exhaustion, fitness and indifference, is a state of fatigue and weakness that is seen from either physical or mental; or both. It manifests itself physically or psychologically.

What are the causes of malaise?

- Anemia, anemia problem experienced by a person

- A person's thyroid glands work less than they should

- Some diseases of the person's connective tissue

- Some disorders in the person's metabolism working system

- As a result of a person experiencing mental problems, real depression is considered among the causes of malaise.
