Answer: Most free people of color have in Louisiana during the antebellum era had the rights to:

Own, inherit or sell property. Not just land property, they could, buy, sell or inherit slaves, too.

I THINK they could hold rallies and other large gatherings, but I looked that one up just to be sure, and found nothing on it, so it might be wrong, but I could have sworn that they could. The first two are defiantly correct though
