Para los españoles si era un nuevo mundo aunque Cristobal Colón realmente pensó que había llegado a las Indias Orientales y no fue hasta años más tarde que se pudo probar que en realidad había llegado a un nuevo continente. En el continente americano ya habían civilizaciones establecidas por lo que realmente los españoles no “descubren” nada nuevo sino que encuentran un continente desconocido y hay un intercambio tanto cultural como religioso.

I would say C because the king did repeatedly abuse our rights. Like the intolerable acts for instance shut down the port of massachusetts and hurt trade. Also the quartering act the sugar act the stamp act and a few more that evntually led us to civil war with him. We peacefully sent the king a olive tree branch petition which was supposed to be a sign of peace. But he rejected it and called us in full rebellion. So we fought for ourselves and won the civil war and made friends with britain as our main trade partner.

Explanation:

The Battle of the Atlantic was the part of the Second World War that was fought on the North and South Atlantic as well as after the Soviet Union's entry into the war also on the Northern Arctic Ocean. The struggle was primarily between Nazi Germany and Britain, which were later allied with the United States. By far the most significant parties were the British fleet and the German submarines.

The United Kingdom was completely dependent on maritime traffic for the island's supply and the war on the Atlantic therefore developed into a force measurement between the British fleet and the German submarines trying to stave off transport to Britain. Fighting at sea already existed from the day the British declared war on Germany (September 3, 1939), but apart from the first half of the war, fighting between surface ships (battleships, cruisers and fighters, etc.) played a minor role. In the spring of 1941, Germany's foremost battleship Bismarck was sunk, and after that the German surface ships were no major threat to the Allies' ships and convoys. However, the submarines would prove to be a much worse opponent.

After Hitler's plan to invade Britain failed, the Germans decided to start the total war at sea. The goal was to starve the British to defeat and therefore all vessels on the way or suspected of being on their way to the UK were lowered. This, of course, also went beyond ordinary passenger ships. The Germans benefited from controlling the entire Atlantic coast from northern Norway to southern France. From there, the submarines were able to go out to sea and without warning attack all vessels belonging to the Allies.

This situation finally ended with the defeat of Germany, which allowed the British to be resupplied, and France to be liberated.
