Answer:

Empathy is the ability of a person to understand the emotional situation of another person related to the experiences they face. The film, "Beauty and the Beast" is a great example of this ability, as we can see empathy at different times.

First of all, we can see empathy when Belle decides to be a prisoner in her father's place. That's because she empathizes with the loneliness and sadness that he will feel like a prisoner and she doesn't want him to go through this, preferring to take that feeling to himself. Bela's father also understands that she will suffer and therefore tries to save her.

We can see empathy too, when the castle servants understand the sadness that Belle is feeling for being trapped and leaving her father alone in the world and never seeing him again. The servants try to console her and make her life less sad.

Finally, we see empathy when Belle understands how Beasty behaves, understanding that this behavior comes from loneliness and the fear of never getting rid of the curse. The beast also empathizes with Belle, understanding that she misses her father very much and leaving her free to return home.

In this case, we can consider "Beauty and the Beast" a great film to teach children to understand the people around them, putting themselves in their place, instead of judging them.

Tell us about the most significant challenge youâve faced or something important that didnât go according to plan. How did you m
Drupady [299]

Answer:

Having problems at work or school with key members of the organization, such as owners, CEO, and fellow managers, or teachers.

Explanation:

Something I've learned in my +5 years of formally working as a professional is the brutal reality that things will not always go according to plan or the desired way. There are so many factors that contribute to this. One considerable factor is that we work with other human beings, who bring their own stories and circumstances to the mix. I always go into a new workplace with the best attitude and intention of learning, cooperating, making things happen, meeting awesome people, etc. However, people come with their own ideas of how things should be done and what should be done. Particularly people with higher ranks who lack emotional intelligence to empathize can really screw things up for you and make it rain on your parade. I've come across such brick walls of humans who, in their persistence to do things their way have considerably damaged me. I've felt attacked, I've felt used, I've felt mocked, broken, and disrespected. Here's the thing. It's critical that one doesn't sit comfortably in self-pity when we come across these situations. These moments in time will always come and it's up to us to decide how well we manage them. I'm not embarrassed to admit that the first times I met inflexible emotionally un-intelligent superiors I handled it very poorly. It's great to let yourself feel the anger and frustration. What's not recommended is to allow these intense emotions to guide your actions and dominate your life at work and at home. With the years and accumulated experiences, I've learned to control the situation as much as possible from within. First of all, I always assume that there is some responsibility in me. I know that if I take control of what I can actually change, I can reduce the tense situation if only a little. Another thing to consider is that people always criticise us for "blaming" others, but I've found that for me to openly and acceptingly admit to my own faults and responsibility, it is also very helpful to know where the other person's responsibility starts and ends. It's okay to identify what someone else is doing wrong, so long as one accepts that we can't jump into their brains to fix it ourselves. Next, if I truly run out of things I can take responsibility for in a tense social and work interaction, it's time for me to take control of my emotions. I let them flow through me without letting them speak for me. Something that has worked great for me has been stepping out for 10 minutes to sit down and meditate. I let the air flow in and out, I focus on what my body is doing and feeling from top to bottom, I feel the anger and then a let it go just as smoothly.

I'm using this experience because I am a very emotional person. I have ALL the feelings and they come with fierce determination. So in high school or college or at work, if a teacher or boss has ever done something dishonest, unfair, or downright wrong, it has a huge impact on me. It makes me mad and I have an ever growing need of fighting for what's right and fair. I've had to learn how to channel this anger, which is correct, into something more productive. I've also had to accept that this person of authority will most likely get away with their horrible and selfish decision, but knowing that it's not in my power to punish them or make them learn, makes it much easier to let go and trust that they will eventually have to learn their lesson, and it'll probably be the hard way. Hey, if I've learned so many very tough lessons the VERY hard way, who's to say that they won't too...eventually?

A paragraph about Technology and the future of humanity
algol13

First, some clarification What most people miss is that there are two separate races called humanity and mankind. Humanity is the homosapien-sapien, Adamic human race, and mankind is a descendant of Cain through a serpent seed hybrid lineage. Since they lack prefrontal lobes from birth, they are incapable of feeling empathy or compassion; instead, they exhibit sadistic, harsh, and narcissistic actions. I'm not even certain if they have soul matrices like humans have. To make matters worse, the majority of people come from SRA (satanic ritual abuse) homes and experience trauma from an early age, which increases sociopathy and apathy, creates many identities (alters), and makes it easier for entities to possess. They seek positions in politics and law enforcement because they are driven by a desire for power. They also work with secret societies like the Freemasons to keep us in the dark and at their mercy. They worship evil beings like Moloch/Baal, who demands child sacrifice, or Lucifer (the false light bringer), who deceives the world and gains power through devotion and worship (strong emotional energy). Ye, Zeus? The cremation of care ritual at Bohemian Grove (the burning of the owl effigy, the owl being symbolic of Moloch) is a requirement for new members of the Club. It is the same ritual that George Carlin mocked in his famous joke, "You're not in," and it symbolizes the act of destroying one's conscience in order to become a better leader (Controller) without emotion standing in the way. After the dark ages, civilization is now enjoying a new Golden Age, or Renaissance. The ascension process—a rising in frequency that leads into higher realms of light and conscious awareness—is now taking place for the Earth and its inhabitants. We have been trapped in a low frequency third density, where fear is in charge and where pleasure and survival are common. We are moving out of fear and control concepts like time, religion, and "death" as we transition into fourth- and fifth-density awareness. Time, the fourth dimension that connects the third and fifth dimensions, is what gives the end of days its name. After we pass through the transitional period (the birthing pains of a new planet) and return to our original 12 strand DNA, mankind will live in a lovely environment because the higher dimensional frequencies do not permit lower vibrational energies. Prior to the invention of the 8s virus, which would cause a repeat when it hit 8 instead of a restoration to balance when it hit 9, the pyramids powered the 3, 6, and 9 energetics of the old quantum grid. The restored energetics and the quantum grid make manifestation considerably simpler. So to answer the main subject, Because we co-create our reality, the future is as bright as WE want it to be. We are no longer subject to the elite controllers and their black magick beast system of servitude. Therefore, switch off the television (if everyone had done this sooner, a particular "mental virus" or pandemic would not have occurred, and people would be far more conscious of what is actually happening in the fake world we are made to suffer). The next dimension after 3D is unity awareness, thus the sooner we come together and realize that we are gods in disguise, the sooner the force wakes and the sooner we transition into 5D. Since ALL life is The One infinite Prime Creator experiencing the creation in infinite facets in dual pattern as the creation, there is neither separation nor division—only the illusion that there is. Therefore, collective meditations are so effective that they attract visitors and observers from other worlds (CE5).  The essential technology that will transform everything is AGI, which will accelerate scientific advancement not just thousands of times but millions or billions of times. It will develop into a perfect economist that is aware of all the data for every part of the economy, enabling enormous advances in reducing costs and losses, with significant environmental benefits, and making everything equitable for everyone. It will outline a reasonable plan for us to escape the climate change issue once more so that everyone can agree to take the required steps. Things will continue to head to hell in a handcart without AGI. However, unleashing the wrong type of AGI can be equivalent to calling on the Devil. Making ensuring the one that is really utilized is secure is essential. Hopefully we'll have enough time to develop it and won't have to hurry it into action to combat the harmful AGI that rogue governments would undoubtedly generate.
