Hi the Vietnam war could of been avoidable it think in many different ways

many Americans opposed the war on moral grounds, appalled by the devastation and violence of the war. Others claimed the conflict was a war against Vietnamese independence, or an intervention in a foreign civil war; others opposed it because they felt it lacked clear objectives and appeared to be unwinnable.

Honestly it as couldn’t of been because if this wasn’t part of are history than it would be a problem now

Should attorneys be provided to defendants in civil cases as well as criminal cases? Why or why not?
hodyreva [135]

Answer:

Attorneys should be provided to defendants in civil cases as well as criminal cases

Explanation:

Article 48 - Presumption of innocence and right of defence of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights says that:

1. Everyone who has been charged shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.

2. Respect for the rights of the defence of anyone who has been charged shall be guaranteed.

Namely, the right to a defense as a basic right of the accused regardless of the qualification of cases as includes several individual rights, the basic characteristic of which is that they are solely for the purpose of defense.

Example of legal system where this is available is Belgium.
