How were the result of the tinker and hazelwood cases different?
malfutka [58]

They were different, because in Thinker's case it was ruled in the favor of the students. They had the freedom to publish whatever they wanted, as long as it was not disruptive . In Hazelwood's case it was ruled in favor of the school, because the educators had a power to decide what could be published in student's newspaper.

vodka [1.7K]

Answer:

My guess would be to try to save people from dying

Explanation

In the graph it shows an increase in dying between the 1960's. People would protest to help the population and to save people from more devastation and loss. They might also protest to save families from having to mourn over dead family members

What happened in 1853 to transform Port Townsend from a small logging village to a prosperous town?
yKpoI14uk [10]

I believe none of the options that have been included are accurate. Port Townsend, located in a corner of the Olympic Peninsula, in the state of Washington, became, in 1853, the official port of entry once the district custom house was moved there from the capital, Olympia. The city, which would soon be known as The City of Dreams, was, for a few decades, the region's main port and trading center.
