In the 1800s, reservations for american indians were created by
Hunter-Best [27]

Answer:

in the 1800s, reservations for american indians were created by the federal government.

Explanation:

The Indian Reserves are part of the US territory. As their inhabitants are natives, they have been allowed to conserve part of their lands, with limited self-government. They are a kind of Domestic Nations. The Nations are characterized by having only territory and population, while the States have territory, population and autonomous government. Its administration has been assigned to the Deparment of the Interior, through the Bureau of Indians Affairs (BIA), which is divided into eleven jurisdictions. These agencies are responsible for distributing rations, appointing interlocutors and indigenous police, and in general, all other services, except doctors.

The "brown vs. education" supreme court case is a prime example of how title ix was enforced.
Harlamova29_29 [7]
False.  Title IX became a federal law in 1972 and prohibited discrimination based on sex and gives equal access to all educational programs for each gender.  Brown vs. Board of Education was a Supreme Court Case that was settled in 1954 when the court declared that state laws legalizing the segregation of black and white students in public schools were unconstitutional.

People generally agree that recycling paper, used containers and packaging is a good idea, but should people be required by law
stellarik [79]

Hello!

I don't believe that people should be required by law to recycle, and punished if they do not. Of course, recycling is great for the environment and the planet, but it is not always possible for everybody to do. For example, people who live in urban areas may not have recycling pick-up, and perhaps they can't afford to drive into a town every week to drop off their recycling. To fine or jail people who don't have the ability to constantly recycle would be unethical. However, if all people had equal access to recycling facilities, I would argue that recycling should be required by law. Unfortunately, this is not currently the case.

I hope this helps you! Have a lovely day!
