Getting healthier - deciding to become healthier by better life choices such as eating healthy and regular exercise can be life changing and their is nothing more important than health. You will feel better, have more energy become stronger and may prevent illness and disease in the future.

Deciding your future. Choosing a college or trade school is an important life decision. Preparation or working toward those goals by studying, getting better grades to help you achieve those goals may impact your lifestyle.

Deciding to get a job to save for a car, insurance or college is a decision that  in itself may be changing by taking responsibility.

Choosing to get a pet is a life design because you will become responsible for that animal for care, food, veterinary expenses.

Getting married is a life decision.

Stress, however, is very bad for the body, since stress causes cortisol to be released from the brain (and has been linked to weight gain). Stress can only be good if you know how to handle it and tolerate it.
