But when taxes and prices went up people started to move out of Rome and the population grew smaller and smaller.The poor struggled alot and the rich grew disinterested in helping Rome
The Roman Empire fell apart because the Western empire grew to great that the Western European Roman empire was attacked by barbarian tribes in Europe
It played a huge role in that it shaped their entire culture and caste system. The way they viewed the gods had an impact on their farming and daily schedule
The legislative branch in and of itself cannot borrow money, but it can created legislation that permits the federal government as a whole to borrow money, which of course impacts them as well.
