I will give BRAINLIEST! ANSWER QUESTION! I NEED IT ASAP
mote1985 [20]

If 500 high school students, 376 said they would prefer to have computers in every classroom then the confidence interval at 95% is (71.41%,78.99%)  Since option (a) is correct.

Given x= 376, n = 500

The (71.41%,78.99%)

\hat{p}=\frac{x}{n}\\ =\frac{376}{500} \\=0.752

Critical values

Using the z-table the z-critical value at the given significance level at α=0.05 is,z_{a/2} =1.96

Construct a 95% confidence interval

That is,

\hat{p}= z_{a/2}\sqrt{\frac{\hat{p}(1-\hat{p})}{n} }

  =0.752\pm 1.96\sqrt{\frac{0.752(1-0.752)}{500} }

  =0.752\pm 0.0379

  = (71.41%,78.99%)

. Give the domain and range of the relation please help this is for my math hw
Maslowich

Answer:

for the domain, find the point on the farthest side (the left) and the closest (the right)

so for yours it would be [-3,2]

it's brackets because the points are closed.

for the range, same thing but for the y intercept.

so it's [-2,4]

there's your answer!

Two line segments intersect at point B as shown.<br> What is the measure of angle ABC?
miv72 [106K]

Answer: B - 24 Degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

3x+12 = 6x

12 = 3x

4 = x

[3(4)+12] = 24

Which number line best shows the position of square root of 13?
BaLLatris [955]
I assume you mean one that is not rational, such as √2. In such a case, you make a reasonable estimate of it's position, and then label the point that you plot.
For example, you know that √2 is greater than 1 and less than 2, so put the point at about 1½ (actual value is about 1.4142).
For √3, you know the answer is still less than 4, but greater than √2. If both of those points are required to be plotted just make sure you put it in proper relation, otherwise about 1¾ is plenty good (actual value is about 1.7321).
If you are going to get into larger numbers, it's not a bad idea to just learn a few roots. Certainly 2, 3, and 5 (2.2361) and 10 (3.1623) shouldn't be too hard.
Then for a number like 20, which you can quickly workout is √4•√5 or 2√5, you could easily guess about 4½ (4.4721).
They're usually not really interested in your graphing skills on this sort of exercise. They just want you to demonstrate that you have a grasp of the magnitude of irrational numbers.
