If you have rights, that means you are allowed or able to do something so if someone were to not a have right, they wouldn’t be allowed or able to do certain things. for example: if i have the right to eat daily, then i can eat whenever i want pretty much but if i don’t have the right to eat daily, perhaps i’m only allowed to eat 3 times a week. do you understand?
