Answer:

MULTIPLYING

Proper fractions: The first step when multiplying fractions is to multiply the two numerators.

Improper: The first step is to convert all the fractions into improper fraction.

Mixed: Multiply the numerators from each fraction to each other and place the product at the top.

DIVIDING

Proper: Dividing two fractions is the same as multiplying the first fraction by the reciprocal of the second fraction.

Improper: When you divide by a fraction, you want to cancel the second fraction by changing it to a 1

Mixed: To divide mixed fractions, you could first convert each to an improper fraction.

Answer:

Multiply

So, to multiply two mixed numbers, rewrite each as an improper fraction and then multiply as usual. Multiply numerators and multiply denominators and simplify. And, as before, when simplifying, if the answer comes out as an improper fraction, then convert the answer to a mixed number. Multiply.

Dividing

Change both mixed numbers to improper fractions. Invert the second improper fraction, then multiply it by the first fraction to get the answer. Reduce it if possible, and convert it to a mixed number if desired.

Indicate the method you would use to prove the two 's . If no method applies, enter "none".
Andrei [34K]
Answer: ASA method must be applied to the given triangles to prove then congruent.

In two triangles, if two angles and their included side are congruent then the two triangles are said to be congruent .This method is known as Angle-Side -Angle postulate(ASA).
In the given triangles one side with their corresponding angles are equal. Therefore by ASA postulate they are congruent.
There we can see no other sides are given equal therefore all the other options cannot be applied.

you are lucky I had this test yesterday and I have the answer is ASA my math teacher said it was fine

What is the value of x?
Andru [333]

I'm sure you know the formula for Pythagoras Theorem.

The formula is a^{2} +b^{2} = c^{2}

C = Your hypotenuse

A + B = The other two adjacent sides.

So you plug in the numbers

33^{2} + b^{2} =65^{2}

And you'll get the answer, which is 56.
