Natali5045456 [20]

Answer:

Why Is A Good Sports Team Captain Important?

An analysis done by various coaches showed that although there are a variety of reasons why teams do not achieve their potential and ended their seasons early – such as injuries, conditioning, poor officiating and eligibility – there is main reason is lack of good leadership. aniked [119]
I've answered a question exactly like this before... what are the odds!

Gregor didn't seem to surprised , the text explicitly states. "How about if I sleep a little bit longer and forget all this nonsense." Meaning that he wasn't to worried about the transformation. The only time he did act surprised was when he answered his mom after she knocked on the door, " Gregor was shocked when he heard his own voice answering, it could hardly be recognized as the voice he had had before." That's why I feel like Gregor was maybe even used to being transformed, because he did not act very worried, or surprised.

zloy xaker [14]

The author used the word 'pouring' is to let the reader imagine what the snake is doing.

What is imagery?

This is a visually descriptive or figurative language especially in a literary work.

This action of 'pouring' describes the snake's action because the snake is in the basket and the decision used means that the snake is coming in and out of the basket.
