C. Bantu

Bantu-speaking peoples migrated from Western Africa (in the area of modern Nigeria) throughout southern parts of Africa starting around 1000 BC and continuing to the 1500s (or perhaps a bit later, by some accounts).

There is some debate among historians as to whether iron metallurgy arose independently in Africa or was learned or borrowed from the Middle East or Europe. But whether independently invented or borrowed, the fact remains the the spread of iron working in Africa and the spread of Bantu languages by Bantu migration across Africa were correlated events.

Why were the Cherokees removed from their location in Georgia and sent west?
kipiarov [429]

The removal of the Cherokees was a product of the demand for arable land during the rampant growth of cotton agriculture in the Southeast, the discovery of gold on Cherokee land, and the racial prejudice that many white southerners harbored toward American Indians.

In 1830, the U.S. Federal government passed the Indian Removal Act. This Act gave the president authority to make treaties with the Cherokee, Choctaw, Muscogee-Creek, Seminole, and Chickasaw Nations. Its purpose was to move these entire societies from their land in the southeast to land west of the Mississippi River.

How did the ideas of the enlightenment influence the development of the American nation?
Ratling [72]
The enlightenment ideas were mostly about education and democratic ideologies. Philosophers like Locke and Hobbes and Rousseau influenced the founding fathers to create a democratic state where the sovereignty lied with people. Education was also important which is why the US have always had a tradition of having colleges and universities that are even older than the United States themselves.
