The correct answer is B) Arkansas.

The state that requires minor parties to win at least 3 percent of the vote in the most recent gubernatorial or presidential election in order to maintain ballot status is Arkansas.

For example, if we take into consideration this year's elections in the state of Arkansas, we see that there were three different political parties registered to participate. We are talking about the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, and the Libertarian Party.

How would you describe Celtic society and explain the Celts' lack of state building?
marshall27 [118]
The Celts were not an unified state but rather a group of numerous tribes that often didn't even speak the same language. They were found all around Europe and were mostly Warriors who build their societies around kinship. They were good farmers and mostly were common people. They didn't have a strong unified state because they lived day in day out, women would give birth to children and men would work on the land and occasionally fight against invaders. There was no spirit of a great Celtic nation.
