Jack, a manager, said to his staff, "I know that many of you think that this is a risky course of action. But, I've decided that

we should proceed. If this is successful, it could greatly benefit the company. If it fails, I'll accept the consequences and work to find a new solution." What is Jack doing?

Answer:

The correct answer is: Accepting responsibility for his decision.

Explanation:

Looking at the above scenario, it is correct to say that Jack is accepting responsibility for his decision.

The question provides us with this information when it states that Jack acknowledges that he will make a risky decision that if he is not successful he will accept the consequences of that decision and work to find a new solution.

This shows the conceptual ability of a leader who has experience and business vision to make a risky decision that can benefit the company, but who also recognizes his responsibilities as an effective leader must do.

Whenever they heard about there brother-in-law getting killed, it affected them. And Anne had to hide from the Nazis at one point to not get caught.
