A farmer kept a pet bear at his farm. The bear was very old and had no teeth, no claws, and very little energy, but people liked

to see the bear when they visited the farmer because no one else in the region had a pet bear. When the farmer first obtained the bear many years ago, he had a large steel cage constructed to house the animal. The cage had an electronic lock that only opened with a security code. Even though the bear was now old and harmless, it was always kept locked in the cage. One night during a severe storm while the farmer was out of town, a bolt of lightning hit the cage and the door opened. The bear left the cage and wandered off. The next morning, a 10-year-old girl was waiting on a rural road for her school bus. The bear emerged from a wooded area about 100 feet from where the girl was standing and headed towards her. She screamed and turned to run, tripping on the road and breaking her arm when she fell. If the girl sues the farmer on a theory of strict liability for her bodily harm, will she prevail

What is an advantage of using renewable resources instead of non renewable resources?
maria [59]

Answer:

One advantage of using renewable resources instead of nonrenewable resources is the fact that renewable resources will never run out. They are called renewable resources because they are replaced as quickly as used, as well as have a large amount in stock. Examples can be the use of windmills and wind farms in areas of that are extremely windy, as the place will not run out of the natural resource.

What is Michelangelo?

Michelangelo, also known as Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni, was an Italian High Renaissance sculptor, painter, architect, and poet.

One of the most famous Renaissance artists, if not the greatest artist of all time, was Michelangelo, a sculptor, painter, and architect. His work displayed an intensity, physical realism, and psychological insight never before seen.

His distinctive contributions went beyond simple imitation of antiquity, even though he was a part of the revival of classical Greek and Roman art. His work frequently sparked a lot of debate because it was infused with a psychological intensity and emotional realism that had never been seen before.

marin [14]

Answer: B) A planned unit development

Explanation: The planned development of the unit is a planned and purposeful use of land and space where densely populated residential units are being built with all the necessary amenities and features. It is also a regulatory process for the use of space and land, as it regulates the optimal use of the said space and land for different purposes, from housing, shopping malls, parks, children's playgrounds, sports and spa centres, etc. Such blocks of flats and all the aforementioned dedicated contents are also cost-effective, since the use of that space and land on which densely populated residential units will be erected and will generate good income is optimised.
