Answer:

Grid lines are created when you define tracks in the explicit grid using CSS Grid Layout. In the following example there is a grid with three column tracks and two row tracks. This gives us 4 column lines and 3 row lines. Lines can be addressed using their line number.

Desert pavement is created as a result of A) abrasion. B)deflation. C)blowouts. D)water erosion
irga5000 [103]

Desert pavement is created as a result of deflation. Desert pavement is formed by the process of deflation. Normally, small and fine fragments are carried by wind since they are light in weight as the larger compact particles are left behind. What remains is rocky, compact, and not easily eroded, and it is what is commonly referred to as the desert pavement.

Deltas are built up by
a. deposition.
b. leaching.
c. abrasion.
d. erosion.
lesya692 [45]

The correct answer is - a. deposition.

The deltas are formed at the mouths of the rivers right before they enter a large water body, like ocean, sea, or lake. The rivers carry lot of material with them, and they do not have any problem carrying it while they are moving faster, but when they are slowing down significantly, they lose the force required to carry the material, so the material starts to deposit on the river banks. As the material deposits, it makes it hard for all of the river's water to pass through its river bed that is becoming partially blocked, so the river starts to branch out, and seen from above it takes a triangular shape if the peripheries are outlined, or as a tree that is branching out.

He picture below shows a container that Tim uses to freeze water:
Alja [10]
You have a formula : V= \pi r^2h. You just have to apply it. It would gives :

V= \pi (2)^2(8)
V=32 \pi
V=100.48cm^3

Now, use your mind. How many would be needed to make 2000 cm3.

\frac{2000}{100.48}
=19.94 = 20

Therefore the minimum number of identical containers that Tim would need to make 2,000 cm3 of ice is 20 (option D).

Hope this helps !
