Answer:

To avoid the expansion of communism in foreign countries, the United States promised monetary aid to any country that refused to adopt a communist policy and joined the capitalist bloc. This assistance was offered through the Truman, Eisonhower and Marshall Plan doctrines.

Explanation:

The USA as an economic power and a highly influential country worldwide, did not want to lose that influence and the control they had over some countries, since communism was spreading rapidly. With that, the USA launched several doctrines and plans that aimed to promote economic aid to countries that needed it, in exchange for their loyalty to capitalism and regulation of the communist doctrines of the Soviet Union. These doctrines and plans were very influential, since the Soviet Union did not have the same economic power to do the same.
