How would you describe someone who has good judgement​

Answer:

For me if someone was good at judgement:

1. He must decide for many time

2. Think of it

3. He must think the effects of his decisions if it's good or bad

4. He must be very careful and wise

5. His decisions are good and don't have negative impact on society and environment.

If he do this then he is a good judge
