Answer:

The difference between those two is that narrative point of view refers to how the narrator or author narrates the story (E.g who will be speaking or days time of scene of the story) whereas the character point of view refers to his/her view in the story (E.g how she/he feels or think) basical the character itself is the one speaking. In shorter term narrative point of view is for the author while the character point of view is for the character in a story

The difference between narrative point of view and character point of view is that character point of view is when the story is told as seen from the main character in the story, (Ex: Percy Jackson, Harry Potter.) and narrative point of view is when they story is told by the narrarator (Ex: A series of Unfortunate events.)
