The actions during the Boston year party show that colonist wanted more representation in government because Britain can tax them without representation

Well, the reason they put the tea in the ocean is to prove they didn't enjoy being taxed. They also burned paper and such because of taxes as well. They said 'taxation without representation' in these revolts. Or you can use this
