Answer:

Prohibited strikes

Explanation:

The Fair Labor Standards Act is a labor law of the United States of America that was authored by Ellen C. Kearns. This labor law is applicable to all employees working in the private sector, local, state and federal government agencies or civil service. It was first published in 1938 and has since then be amended on several occasions.

All of the following were given (addressed) by the Fair Labor Standards Act:

I. Overtime Pay.

II. Restrictions on child labor.

III. Minimum Wage.

However, the Fair Labor Standards Act didn't prohibit employees from embarking on strikes or carrying out an industrial action, as it's enshrined in the Constitution as a fundamental right of the people.

What was the result for Rome after the punic war victories ?
mario62 [17]

Answer:

Both battles ended in complete defeat for the Romans, as Hasdrubal had bribed the Romans' mercenaries to desert. The Romans retreated to their coastal stronghold north of the Ebro, from which the Carthaginians again failed to expel them. Claudius Nero brought over reinforcements in 210 BC and stabilised the situation.

How was Nixon's Vietnamization different from Johnson's Americanization of the war?
amm1812
Use of ground troops: Americanization used US ground troops to fight the war whereas Vietnamization used S.Vietnamese ground troops to fight the war.

Johnson moved the US from an aid and financial backer to a ground force with men in active duty on the front lines in addition to naval and air support. Nixon's policy removed the ground troops, leaving the S. Vietnamese to fight that on their own (with our aid and money) but continued our air strikes and naval support.
