Did American expansionism hurt anyone?

Yes. It hurt many native american tribes. The native american / indians got pushed out of their territories by a group of european settlers. They attempted to sign and agree on treaties but the treaties were not kept the way they were and people broke the rules. I hope that helped :)

This would generate a huge economic deficit, since Germany, due to war spending, was already economically fragile. However, the Dawes plan and the Young plan managed to reduce the value of the indemnities, which, still high, became easier to be paid, which generated an attempt to improve the economy of the German people.
