Hamlet 3.1 is more directed to an older crowd. I think so because of how they choose their words. It is more complicated for you

nger readers to understand thy and whom. But I think that an older audience would be able to understand it better. In the second video that I watched Hamlet Act 3 I think that it is geared toward more of a younger crowd. The wording that they used was easier to understand for younger people and the backdrop was more calm like not as many things going on. So I think Hamlet Act 3 would definitely be best for a younger crowd

Can you think of some reasons as to why music transitioned from monophony to polyphony in the Middle Ages
Stella [2.4K]

Answer:

Middle ages music originally had no rhythmic structure, but as the music became more complex, a need for rhythmic unity emerged. With this complexity came rhythmic notation. In the early middle ages, music was monophonic, meaning a single voice or melody line. As time passed, polyphony developed (multiple melodies).

Polyphony is really interesting and led to the highly complex polyphony of the Renaissance, and eventually to the fugues of the Baroque period.
