Thalia was the goddess of festivity and rich banquets. Thalia is one of the 9 Muses, patron of comedy, and a grace. She is the mother of Corybantes , celebrants of the great mother of the gods , cybele, the father being Apollo, the god related to music and dance.  I believe the Muses resided on Mt. Olympus
