How did the Mexican revolution destroy the democratic system in Mexico
irakobra [83]
The Mexican Revolution was meant to end the dictatorship of Porfirio Diaz, and to establish a democratic government for Mexico. Even though democratic elections have been held since the event occured, the democratic system lacks the ideal amount of efficiency. It wasn't necessarily a destruction of the democratic system, however, the opportunity to make the change was definitely there and it was pursued in a poor fashion.
