Over the years in the United States of America, the group of people that are typically very poorly paid and suffered from prejudice and nativism is "Blacks and native Americans."
This is evident in the fact that blacks and native Americans are always topping the wrong statistics or at the bottom of the right statistics in the country.
For example, in 2016, Blacks and Native Americans topped the poverty rate with 30.8 and 33.8 percent respectively.
