job specialization, social classes, writing, art and architecture, and public works. Which of these elements are the 3 most important and why. This is your

For me the most important are cities, central governments and job specialization.

These elements are the basis for growth for a civilization. Having a city helps to have a good central government that in turn can offer jobs in a specialized way all these combined elements form a thriving city.
