Answer:

Hello! I wanted to explain the answer which someone might have already answered.. First off, I want to let you know that the Answer is "The scatter plot shows a linear association." But how? Well, linear means: "arranged in or extending along a straight or nearly straight line." Which if you didn't notice.. All the points on the graph, make up a generally straight line.

"No association" means there is no line or association with any of the points. So, you'd pick that if the points were all over the graph in no order, line or combination; which isn't the case.

Prove the quotient of any two rational numbers is a rational number
Brut [27]
That is not possible, a quotient or any equation for that fact can only be rational when it lacks repeating {x} values. Take for instance this 2x11x2^2+(1+10)=

In the equation the {x} values would be most likely described as {2}. Since 2 was the quotient that was being repeating hence that equation not being rational. Hope this helps!

Step 1: –10 + 8x < 6x – 4
vesna_86 [32]

The final step in solving the inequality is to divide through by -2 and flip the sign

Solving Inequalities

From the question, we are to determine the final step in solving the inequality

The given inequality and the steps for solving are

Step 1: –10 + 8x < 6x – 4

Step 2: –10 < –2x – 4

Step 3: –6 < –2x

The final step will be to divide both sides of the inequalities by -2 and then flip the sign

That is,

–6 < –2x

Divide both sides by -2 and flip the sign

3 > x

OR

x < 3

Hence, the final step in solving the inequality is to divide through by -2 and flip the sign
