A tint is a mixture of a color where white is added! Navy blue and royal blue are darker colors, so they would be considered shades - mixtures of a color where black is added.
Sky blue because it’s lighter. A tint of blue means a lighter blue and royal blue and navy blue is to dark it’s asking for a tint so sky blue. Hope this helped!
