African Americans used to not be able to do alot just like women Africans were treated like they were nothing they were slaves and had few rights. Today africans have lots of rights but some people still do not like the fact that they have rights.
When demand rises people want more of a product, but if the amount of that product (supply) is low it's more difficult to acquire said product, making it more expensive.
