iogann1982 [59]
First lets start with physical appearance which would include of course age and the sex of a person. Also the the facial features and skin are important in describing an individual as well as level of consciousness.

Significant information for body structure would include body build as well as contour and stature. Symmetry and position and as well as nutrition likewise provide significant information.

Mobility usually refers to range of motions person exhibits and their gait, which provides information how person walks, runs and does other such activities.

Behavior has many significant information such as facial expressions and mood and affect. These can be a seen also as a part of nonverbal communication and thus provide a wealth of information. Speech also contains many information as well as how someone dresses. Personal hygiene is also a factor here.

Course heroare we doing a serial dilution of e. coli for the phage titer experiment? why or why not?
Talja [164]

The method of determining phage attention by dilution and plate with susceptible cells is named titering or the plaque assay. This process defines the number of viable phage particles in a stock suspension.

Dilution factor

First, we need to estimate the dilution factor. Three successive dilutions were made: 1/100 the first, 1/100 the second, and 1/10 the third part. The original stock was therefore diluted by 100,000 spans. One-tenth of one mL of the definitive dilution was plated, and 65 plaques occurred on the plate. Accordingly, there were 650 functional phage particles per mL (650 PFU/mL) in the final dilution. The authentic stock contained therefore 650 PFU/mL X 100,000 = 65,000,000 PFU/mL.

D. plant growth increases in the spring

Earthquakes are bad, is something thats just common sense, even little primary school kids can tell you, "earthquakes are bad." B. Dogs like bones, is not observation, you will see your little friend dig up a whole and find a bone, and bury it again, many of us had, like the earthquakes, many know and there is no need for observation. C. Sunsets are pretty, this is also not observation because there are some people in this world that don't like sunsets, so 'sunsets are pretty' is an opinion.
