Answer: It contributes that the Japanese Empire at the time abandoned us and went to the other side we were going to war with, which resulted in the U.S bombing them and the Japanese said they would not stop until they were down to their last man, so what the U.S did in response was bomb the Japanese Empire twice in total because of what they said, and then the Japanese surrendered. The biggest reason they were at odds was that the Japanese requested China after World War I, and the Japanese believed that by assisting, they would be able to obtain China in the first World I.

So, not just encouraging women to to join the army but also spreading national pride and war support. Though women could not fight in combat, this poster might also inspire men through either pride or shame. For example, if  a man saw this poster and felt he was not doing enough for his country, or as much as some women then that's another recruit. If that makes sense.
