I just saw both of the answers get deleted so I think B is wrong. The person also said it was C even though what he said related to B, sorry if that doesn't make sense..
Basically, the reason I think it's D is because having the sentence first and the verdict afterward is nonsense and unfair. Very sorry if its wrong
