Francisco Pizarro was an explorer who was born in the year 1476 in Spain and he joined Nunez de Balboa in his march to the "South Sea". During this march Pizarro discovered Pacific ocean by being a part of Balboa's team in the year 1532. Pizzaro did not stop at this discovery. He along with his brothers conquered the country of Peru. Three years after conquering Peru, Pizarro founded Lima the nation's new capital. Pizarro got murdered on 26th of June in the year 1541 in Lima of Peru by the members of enemy faction. Pizarro did leave a mark as an explorer in the history of Spain.

Charles Schenck
was a Socialist Party leader who believed that the war benefited the rich at the expense of the poor men sent to fight. He challenged the framework and said it violated the Constitution.

Schenck was sentenced  to six months in prison. Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.


Schenck was arrested and the Supreme Court upheld his sentence.

Thus, Charles Schenck was a high-ranking member of the Socialist Party, the government felt that his membership in the socialist party made him take political stands.
