If ‘we are strong’ people will be able to see that from our actions and the words we speak, it will show we are not afraid of anything and can come face to face with any problem. Whereas ‘if we are weak, words will be of no help’ implies that nobody will listen nor understand you because you are not presenting confidence. hope this answer helps :)
