Explanation:
The question is about Sam Watson, a character from the novel "Their Eyes Were Watching God" by Zora Neale Hurston.
This novel is filled with vernacular language, as a part of the setting of the story.
Questioning means doubting a validity of something, demanding a proof, querying.
Sam Watson, in this particular situation, used the term "questionizin" as a synonim for "asking" ("Ah'm questionizin' you!")
Although both words have the same root (question) their meanings slightly differ, as shown, but in spite of that difference, Sam's sentence can be understood in a proper context.

The most memorable event i had was the time where my parents took me to Bucharest, Romania for a holiday. We were greeted with the picturesque sight of the snow-capped mountains, the grandeur of its old towns encasing all the history behind it. We had sumptuous Romanian meals which feature their rich culture and homelike taste. We also lived in comfortable hotels as we moved around everyday, looking for something new to learn about Bucharest. This was the most memorable event that I have experienced, I hope I will get to visit Bucharest again next time.
