1) They love solving problems and being creative with it. 2) They always try to be optimistic regarding future events. 3) They look for surprises around them and are fascinated by them. 4) They aren't usually bored, they always find something to do and it interests them easily. 5) They don't avoid questions and cut to the chase. 6) They are willing to be wrong and learn from it.
