Looking back at our Essential Questions, one of the questions was - Is there any evidence from this time period to support the c
laiz [17]

Answer: The cyclical course of history.

Explanation:

Several historians advocate the phrase cyclical course of history. Unfortunately, some events support this thesis. There was another genocide in the territory of Europe after the Second World War and the Holocaust. Even then, people were suffering because of their ethnicity and religious affiliation. It is genocide in Srebrenica, a town in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In July 1995, the army of the Republic of Srpska, with the help of the troops of the Republic of Serbia, killed over eight thousand Bosniaks in just a few days because of their ethnic and religious affiliation.

The genocide happened in front of the public in the heart of the European continent. On this occasion, soldiers were not killed, but civilians of all ages. The Srebrenica genocide has been ruled at an international tribunal in The Hague. In its characteristics, the crime in Srebrenica had all the components of genocide. Legal experts from around the world have given their opinions on this matter, where it has been confirmed that genocide has recurred on European soil after World War II.

We resisted the efforts of the Europeans. They want to gain more land and control over us. They had there fair struggles including, the sea, diseases, slave trade and the population. We had a complicated relationship with the Europeans. They resisted the efforts of the Europeans to gain more of their land and control through both warfare and diplomacy. We got problems, we got held back from our goal. These problems that arose for us. Would only get worse in the 19th century, leading to greater confinement and the extermination of native people. Unfortunately, the colonial era was neither the start nor the end of the long, dark history of treatment of us, by Europeans and their decedent’s throughout in the United States.
