Answer: A.) king

Explanation:

By making Cortes the Viceroy or Viceroyalty of Nueva Espana, Spain in effect put all the lands in the Viceroyalty under the control of the Spanish monarch at the time which was the King.

The Viceroy being Cortes, was simply a representative of the King of Spain and so ruled the territory on behalf of the Spanish King which meant that decisions made by Cortes carried the full authority of the Spanish Crown.

What is Nordau’s analysis of the Jewish psyche?
leva [86]

Max Nordau conducted analyses on Jewish psyche.

Explanation:

Max Nordau was a psychiatrist and was born as a Jew. The Jews were considered less masculine and they lacked instincts to go to war. Many thinkers before Nordau thought that the Jew would never be able to live as an honourable man.

But Nordau’s take on this was different even though he criticised the religion. He introduced the idea Jewry of muscle and promoted it. He glorified masculinity and considered it necessary and powerful. This was similar to the thoughts of several thinkers of that time.

Why did the aristocracy choose to expand popular participation in some nations?
Vinvika [58]
Many of the people who supported these ideas relied on the fact that later when they voted those people who got their voting rights because of the aristocracy would support them and they would gain political power because of new voters. This was a common strategy and is still used widely today because new voters can easily be influenced.
