Answer:structural-functional analysis, according to this perspective education is one of the key institutions that play a role in building a child into a better person. This is because schools are where kids spend most of their time and this is where they learn direct (manifest) and indirect skills(latent). Manifest refers to the fact that students learn directly what is expected of them socially , they learn social norms and regulations. Latent refers to the fact that they also gain certain things which may not be part of the curriculum like expanding their social network which may work for them beyond their high school or college years.

From this approach one can actual see e impact of education in one's own behavior within society which means education can actual improve what we see in our society if they actual enhance their programs in terms of teaching youth practical ways of being moral citizens. Maybe schools can even invent programs that actual help young people put into practice what they learn in school about social norms and about what's to socialize effectively. Schools can play role in eliminating crime and in ensuring that people are moral citizens during and after their schools years.

symbolic-interaction analysis according to this perspective symbols that are used to label students most often has a lasting impact on a person. Students are likely to believe what a teacher calls them , if a teacher says they will not amount to anything this may have a long term impact on one's own future. This means it is crucial that anyone who is in power in school and who get to interact with the student daily must make sure that their labelling doesn't kill the children's future.

Words and langauge used is crucial in shaping a person and if schools can take this into consideration ,teachers can change the future of their students for the better.

Schools should use proper labelling that doesn't damage the person ,instead this should be a place that encourages even the most weak students . It should build them with positive words that encourages them to become better ,this is the environment that need to cultivates a culture of believing in one's own abilities. These are all things that need to be improved .

social-conflict analysis. According to this perspective education can be a very negative effect on students especially those who come from low or middle class families. Education creates a competitive environment in which those students who formed from a well off family get privileges to move ahead effectively whilst the poor struggle to make ends meet in schools. Education is a system that create inequalities itself.

These inequalities need to be eliminated in education so that every students has a fair chance to prosper.

Ministers of education need to intervene and make sure that the system is created in a way that doesn't ostracise certain group of students based on their background.
