the answer is

y≥2x/5+2

Step-by-step explanation:

we moved the y to the right site and the -10 to the left site

so we had

2x+10≤5y

and then we devided by 5

2x/5+10/5≤y

y≥2x/5+2

hopefully its correct

Answer:  Choice D

y \ge \frac{2}{5}x +2\\\\

=======================================

Work Shown:

2x - 5y \le -10\\\\-5y \le -2x-10\\\\y \ge \frac{-2x-10}{-5} \  \text{ ...  see note1 below}\\\\y \ge \frac{-2x}{-5} - \frac{10}{-5}\\\\y \ge \frac{2}{5}x +2 \  \text{ ...  answer is choice D}\\\\

Note1: when dividing both sides by a negative number, the inequality sign flips.

----------------

Here's another approach that doesn't involve dividing both sides by a negative number.

2x - 5y \le -10\\\\2x \le -10+5y\\\\2x +10\le 5y\\\\5y \ge 2x+10 \ \text{ .... see note2 below}\\\\y \ge \frac{2x+10}{5}\\\\y \ge \frac{2x}{5} + \frac{10}{5}\\\\y \ge \frac{2}{5}x +2\\\\

Note2: I swapped the left and right sides. Doing this swap means that the inequality sign must flip as well.

What is the answer?
mezya [45]

Answer:

18.1 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

AD segment breakup: 11=4+7

Pythagorean Theorem:

7^2+b^2=16^2

49+b^2=256

x^2=207

b=sqrt(207)

b=3sqrt(23)

Pythagorean Theorem:

11^2+3sqrt(23)^2=c^2

121+207=c^2

328=c^2

18.11=c

So the length of AC is around 18.1 cm

Which of the following equations listed below has a radius of 3?
Evgesh-ka [11]

Answer:

C.

Step-by-step explanation:

WE need to convert the given equations  into the standard form

(x - a)^2 + (y - b)^2 = r^2 where r = the radius.

x^2 + y^2 + 12x - 20y+ 132 = 0

(x + 6)^2 - 36 + (y - 10)^2 - 100 = -132

(x + 6)^2 + (y - 10)^2 = -132 + 36 + 100 = 4

giving a radius of 2

x^2 + y^2 + 12x - 20y + 55 = 0

will give a right hand side of -55 + 36 + 100 = 81  giving radius 9.

x^2 + y^2 - 12x+ 20y + 127 = 0

- gives right hand side of -127 + 36 + 100 = 9 giving a radius of 3.
