It’s c -1/2
the slope line would be decreasing on a grid since the y values are getting smaller so that’s why it a negative slope and the on the table the x values are growing by 2 and the y values are decreasing by 4 making it 2/4 but if you simplify it it would be 1/2 but since the slope line is going down it would be -1/2
