Desafortunadamente en nuestra Latinoamérica, la mujer ha sufrido por incrementar sus derechos sociales y tener una posición preponderante, como lo tienen los hombres.

En algunos países, la mujer sigue estando detrás de la figura masculina, y muchas veces su papel se ha limitado a la madre de familia, a la encargada de criar a los hijos, pero a la vez se ha limitado a no desarrollarse profesionalmente.

Las cosas no han cambiado mucho. El mundo corporativo y empresarial sigue estando dominado por hombres. La mujer sigue sufriendo de actitudes machistas que tratan de relegarla, y eso no está bien.

La mujer tiene la misma inteligencia y capacidad para tener un papel preponderante en los negocios y en la sociedad.
