Tom walked into your office and said he'd been looking forward to talking with you. He said, "I've been feeling really good late

ly, really good...powerful, strong." Tom, a 54-year old man, was smiling and a bit wide-eyed as he began the conversation. "I'm feeling a real sense of purpose, like I was put here to help people," he said. Tom got further into his recent revelations, going so far as to say he felt "like Jesus Christ, in a way." Tom stood up with excitement as he continued to escalate emotionally and with his gestures. At no point was he threatening, but he was far more animated than ever before. As the conversation progressed, Tom told you that he was thinking about you and how powerful you were, too. He said you were like Thor with his hammer and that the two of you could really do good in the world. Then, giggling and gleeful, he admitted that he was thinking that he actually was Jesus Christ and that he wanted you and your powerful hammer to help him save humanity from those who were trying to control him.

How many amino acids must be obtained in the diet because they cannot be made by the body?
Ivan

Answer:

10

Explanation:

Your body can't produce the ten necessary amino acids and must acquire them from your diet.

The body does not manufacture essential amino acids and must be supplied by food. They don't need to take one meal at a time. The equilibrium is more significant during the day.

The body produces nonessential amino acids from essential amino acids or from the natural degradation of proteins.

An example of an epigenetic change is
Oksana_A [137]

Answer:

The correct answer is option d.

Explanation:

An illustration of epigenetic change is a microbe, which can stimulate modifications in the host DNA, causing suppression of defenses or weakening of individual cells. Epigenetic changes modify the physical composition of DNA.

One of the examples of epigenetic change is DNA methylation. DNA methylation refers to the supplementation of methyl group, which inhibits some of the genes from getting expressed. One of the conditions of DNA methylation is cancer.

In the majority of cancer, the tumor cells go through global hypomethylation. The tumor suppressed genes seem to turn highly methylated in the conditions of cancer.
