Answer:

this is the possible answer;

Explanation: The Aswan High Dam in Egypt has had some negative consequences for the people and the environment. Hundreds of thousands of people were forced to move. Silt, which has increased the fertility of farmland in Egypt for thousands of years, is no longer carried downriver. Without the silt, the use of chemical fertilizers has risen, increasing pollution. In addition, the Nile River Delta ecosystem has been damaged from the lack of silt and increased pollution.

Answer:

If the Aswan High Dam were to be destroyed, the Nile Valley would be hit with a wall of water that would not be able to stop until it reached the Mediterranean Sea. A destructive wall of water moving north would reach every major city in Egypt, and afterwards the country would have little access to clean water.

What are the conventional and non-conventional sources of energy? Give examples.
AlekseyPX

NON CONVENTIONAL =

Energy generated by using wind, tides, solar geothermal heat and biomass including farm and animal waste as well as human excreta is known as non-conventional energy. All these sources are renewable or inexhaustible and do not cause environment pollution. More over they do not require heavy expenditure.

CONVENTIONAL=

Conventional energy means the energy source which is obtained from fixed reserves in nature like oil, gas and coal. In other words conventional energy is also termed as non-renewable energy sources, or fossil fuels.
