1. Start out with an introduction on what homework is by defining it, giving some data that homework is given in many schools

2. give out some advantages, but not too many cause you want to persuade your audience why we shouldn't have homework

3. now is when you give your disadvantages that should be concrete enough to convince the reader that students should not be getting homework, for example cause it is stressful, difficult and cannot help a student understand a topic well

4. a conclusion based on your findings and that homework is not helpful at all or not good for students

N/B -  with all that in mind you should be able to produce a text with 90-100+ words without even realizing it and googling in simpler key words helps
